Can I claim a rebate from Medicare?
Our practitioners are registered Medicare providers and clients with an eligible Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) referral from their GP can claim a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Psychology services are provided in consecutive sets of 6 sessions, 4 sessions. A new GP referral letter is required for each set of psychology sessions.
Rebates apply for eligible services provided in-person at our office and also via telehealth (online or by phone).

Private Health Insurance Rebates?
Many private health insurance funds provide a rebate for services provided by psychologists. We encourage you to contact your health insurance fund prior to your appointment to find out whether your policy covers services provided by your chosen psychologist.
Fees - Funded Services
Our fees for services funded by insurers or other third parties are based on the recommended fee schedule for the specific referral type (eg: NDIS or EAP). Please email us if you would like to make a booking under NDIS or other third party funding.
Fees - Appointment Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, which allows us enough time to offer your appointment to other clients. If you do not provide 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the full fee. Medicare and private health fund rebates do not apply for late cancellation or non-attendance fees.
